Even if you can print to your wireless printer today, you may not be able to a month from now if the IP case changes, or if someone turns on a security feature on your router that prevents devices on the network from communicating. Unfortunately, setting up a networked or wireless printer is much more complicated simply because you now have to deal with all kinds of hardware between the two devices. It’s absolutely ridiculous if you buy a new printer today and it forces you to connect it to your computer for setup. Today, many printers are wireless or at least networked, meaning you can plug in a network cable and print without connecting the printer to your computer via USB.
However, they come with the worst possible software that not only speeds up and speeds up your system, but doesn’t really help that much in connecting your computer to a printer, which is the primary purpose of any printer. I’m a big fan of HP printers and think they are generally the best printers for business and consumers.
